Turnaround Times

We can usually provide the following turnaround times but it's best to check to see what our availability is at the time you're ready to submit your files.

Overall turnaround within a week:

10-20 hours of audio

We can usually turn around approximately 10-20 hours of audio overall within about a week because have a fairly large number of staff, so several people can work concurrently to achieve excellent turnaround times on large numbers of files. Although we can sometimes do some work on weekends, we have much fewer staff then, so we prefer to quote in terms of business days, meaning Monday to Friday.

Turnaround for individual files:

1.0 hour of audio - 2-3 business days
1.5 hours of audio - 3-4 business days
2.0 hours of audio - 4-5 business days

These are our average turnaround times, but if you need to have your work back faster please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. We'll usually be able to give you faster turnaround if you have a large project and are able to give us the interview schedule in advance, so we can plan to leave time open for your work.
