How we return transcripts to you

Transcripts are always returned as editable MS Word documents.

1. 1. Normally we send transcripts back to you as attachments to emails.
      
      
   2. If you prefer, we can send them back to you via a password protected, 128-bit encrypted link in an email, as opposed to as an attachment. Nobody intercepting the email could open the link without the password. We would establish the password verbally at the outset of the project.

Although most people prefer to have their transcripts returned via email, if you'd like to have your files password protected and your organization is barred from accessing SendThisFile, we can upload your transcripts to your own private folder on www.shelfor.com. We would then send you an email notifying you that your transcripts were available for download. As noted earlier, this is just a "point and click" process. It's much easier to use than FTP protocol. Anyone in your organization anywhere in the world would be able to download the transcripts, provided you shared the password with them. We would establish the password verbally at the outset of the project.
