History

We first started our business in West Vancouver in 1998, then eventually grew to cover all of Canada, the USA, England and Europe, as changes in technology made it possible to upload files from anywhere in the world. Over time our clients travelled and our reputation spread by word-of-mouth. Since our clients can upload audio and video to our Upload Files page from anywhere in the world, we now regularly do transcription for medical, financial and data security conventions in Canada, the USA, England and Europe.

Our Specialty

We specialize in the transcription of academic research interviews and focus groups, business interviews and meetings, teleconferences, conference calls, seminars and presentations. We're experienced in the transcription of a wide variety of topics including education, healthcare, business, IT, data security, aboriginal issues and the environment, to name a few.

Our Staff

We have a large staff and are able to provide exceptional turnaround times for large projects. All of our staff reside in Canada and are all highly educated, with a broad eclectic knowledge of business, law, health, and a wide variety of other issues. They have excellent spelling and grammar, pay attention to detail and take pride in doing top quality work. They're expert at researching unfamiliar names and terms on the internet, so your transcript will be accurate and complete and you won't have to spend your time filling in blanks or correcting inaccuracies.
